Hastelloy Washers are generally produced from nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloys, like Hastelloy C-276 or C-22. They have a tensile strength of 690–785 MPa and retain excellent ductility and toughness even in high temperatures. The presence of molybdenum (up to 16%), chromium (up to 22%), and nickel (over 50%) gives them very high resistance to corrosive chemicals and thermal destruction, which makes them suitable for extreme industrial conditions.
